Biography[]
A new baby-sitter figure for Hazelcity. Woodrow Willis is the older cousin of Amy Willis, but he is never seen or heard with her. He is 17, and he likes hanging out with Rud Sprayen, Rosalynn Simpson and Geoff Johnston, but he is not eager to be serving their siblings, and is always angry when it comes to taking care of all of them, because at times like that, especially when he drives them somewhere, they are always fighting. I named him after Woodrow Wilson (close).
