In Dragonball Z this was the infamous rival of Goku and a dominant character across the series. On the GTT however he was a significant author during the golden era of the GTT, who wrote a number of articles such as Dragonball Z and Star Wars vs Pokemon, and helped writers like 23 to construct the A Dangerous Game of Time series. He eventually left to join the Samurai Site.
