- They show more flashing lights revealing to be crystal star making them seizures, they reduce the flashing lights in the English version due to seizures.

- In the Japanese Version that shows Hamm/Daddy Pig in his Sumo Brief costume, In the English version, It was changed to his special attire and Golden Boots.
- After The Iron Adonis Twins are defeated by those heroes, Our heroes are in the Major League, As the heroes are gonna have a bath and shower, In the Japanese Version, When Slinky/Barynard Dawg is at the Locker room and bathroom, As he goes to the Shower room and he is about to take a shower, He takes his Gloves, Boots, DM Belt Buckle off and takes his Dark Blue Underwear off, Just then Hammer Bro in his towel appears out from the shower and screams sees Slinky/Barnyard Dawg taking his Wrestling costume off and keeping his Blue Shirt, Dark Blue Cape and Mask on, He throws a Bowl bath at Him knocking him out, Hammer Bro tells him that your a peeping tom and find a different shower, In the English Version, the scene where shows Slinky/Barynard Dawg takes his Gloves and Boots off is kept, While he takes his DM Belt Buckle off and takes his Dark Blue Underwear off and Hammer Bro Knocking him out is cut.
- During the bath scene in the Japanese version, Rex/Wally Gator takes his Wrestling belt off and and takes his purple wrestling brief off, But then, Dark Craw shows up and sees him only wearing a Blue wrestling Undershirt, much to Dark Craw's surprised and runs off, The English Version cuts the scene that show Rex/Wally Gator takes his Wrestling belt off and and takes his purple wrestling brief off.
- While Rex/Wally Gator is having a Bath in the tub, In the Japanese version that shows Hamm/Daddy Pig takes his Sumo Brief Costume off as he as about to have a bath but he accidentally steps on the soap cause him to slip and fall revealing himself naked as the towel covers his private part, This scene was replaced with Slinky/Barnyard Dawg taking a shower when he heard Hamm/Daddy Pig slipped and crashed but he ignores him and continues to wash his head in the English version.
- In one of the Battle scenes, The Japanese version shows That Hamm/Daddy Pig sits victorious defeating Shady Koopa, In the English version That Hamm/Daddy Pig stands victorious defeating Shady Koopa, instead of Sitting on him.
- During the final battle against Rawk Hawk In the Japanese Version, When he starts beating Slinky/Barnyard Dawg So violently, Punching 3 times and kicking 3 times, And at last Punching him in the cheek only to see blood coming out of his mouth, and almost knocking him out feeling weak, The English Version removes 3 Punches and 3 kicks, leaving only one Punch in the face and removes blood coming out of his mouth.
- In the Japanese Version, Slinky/Barnyard Dawg's Mouth was bleeding after he got punched by Rawk Hawk, This was Digitally removed in the English Version.
- In the Japanese version, After Slinky/Barnyard Dawg's Heart grew 3 times the size, He wipes his blood out of the mouth and gets up, In the English version, After Slinky/Barnyard Dawg's Heart grew 3 times the size, He only gets up.
Chapter 5[]
- In the Japanese Gamecube Version, this scene where Hamm/Daddy Pig losing his pirate outfit revealing himself to be naked covering his private part in the small bush after he washed up, In the Japanese Nintendo Switch Version, Hamm/Daddy Pig survived and kept his Pirate Switch Costume, But he reveals he wet his pants, Takes his wet Pants and wet Underwear off, removed and was naked covering his private part in a small bush just as he couldn't hold it after drink 2 Chuckola Colas as he kept his White and Light blue Shirt on. But in the English Gamecube Version and the English Switch Version, Hamm/Daddy Pig kept his pirate outfit instead of being naked.
- In the Japanese Version, After Slinky/Barynard Dawg drinks 4 Vintage Red drinks, He is very uncomfortable due to his full bladder as he try to hold it in before entering the cave, When they enter the Pirate's Grotto, However a ghost's voice appear haunting them, Causing him to shiver in fright when he piddle himself only to see his yellow puddle just as he couldn't hold it anymore, However, The English Version changes to Slinky/Barynard Dawg Drink 1 Chuckola Cola instead of drinking 4 Vintage Red drinks, After Bobbery Joined the party and going back to Flavio, He temporarily joins, after Slinky/Barnyard Dawg took a piddle at the bush which is not shown, After that, they enter Pirate's Grotto, However a ghost's voice appear haunting them, When he accidentally steps into the puddle, This puddle was changed from Yellow to Blue.
- In one Scene, Fish-Eye uses a musketeer sword to Slash Slinky/Charlie Barkin's Pirate Shirt ripping it only to see a blood scar on his chest, The English Version replaces the slash with Slinky/Charlie Barkin dodging it.
- During the battle with Lord Crump, In the Japanese version, Shuffle, Fish-Eye's Remless throws a muskeeteer sword which stabs Slinky/Barnyard Dawg's back into his pirate outfit revealing to be blood from his belly in the point of the Musketeer sword, In the English Version. Shuffle, Fish-Eye's Remless stabs Slinky/Barnyard Dawg's back, This blood from his belly and the point of the Musketeer sword was digitally removed.
- After Slinky/Barnyard Dawg getting stabbed in the back, The Japanese version show the Musketeer sword removed from his belly only to see a blood from a small hole and his knees fell down, as he covers his blood with his hands, The English version the Musketeer sword removed is cut and digitally removes blood and a small hole, only a sound effect from a musketeer sword removal and this scene shows his knees fell down.
- When Ralph Wolf covers Slinky/Barnyard Dawg's Belly with a white Bandage, In the Japanese version the scene was showed to see a stain of wound on his belly, But in the English version, The wound was digitally removed.
- When Slinky/Barnyard Dawg's Heart stop beating, he collapses to the ground due to his heart failure after getting stabbed in the back, however, Pegasus uses his powers to revive him as the Heart starts beating again as he gets up, In the Japanese version, the X-ray shows his rib cage and his heart organ, In the English version, The Heart Organ was changed to a Heart Shape, As the Heart shape color starts to turn from red to black, But then, His heart shape color turns back from black to Red.
- After Lord Crump and minions are defeated, Slinky/Charlie Barkin's wound was digitally removed in the English version.
After Chapter 5[]
- In the Japanese Version, Both Slinky/Charlie Barkin and Slinky/Barnyard Dawg are badly wounded, But in the English version, Slinky/Charlie Barkin is recovered instantly and Slinky/Barnyard Dawg is weak and tired.
- After the map reveals to be Poshley Heights and the Crystal Star, In the Japanese Version, Slinky/Charlie Barkin and Slinky/Barnyard Dawg are Recovered thanks to Annabelle's magic removing their wounds, As Slinky/Charlie Barkin's Pirate outfit is repaired, In the English Version, Only Slinky/Barnyard Dawg is Recovered thanks to Annabelle's magic renewed with fresh energy.
- In the Japanese Version, Slinky/Barnyard Dawg tells everyone that he might show his hole is gone as he opens his vest revealing to be his belly shows that the hole is gone and his back shows that the hole is gone as well, in the English version, Slinky/Barnyard Dawg tells everyone that he is in full health and shows his back that the hole is gone.
Chapter 8[]
- After the tough battle when Grodus is defeated, He uses his Scepter to tightens Slinky/Charlie Barkin's Collar which causes him to Choked in pain, this 1 scene was shorted in the English version, In the Japanese Version as Slinky/Charie Barkin collapsed to the ground only to see his dying breath and a Puddle of Blood from his mouth, His dying breath was removed and was changed to a Puddle of Water instead of Blood in the English version,
- In the Japanese Version, When Shadow Queen possess Peach, Multiple seizure appears, The Flashing lights was reduced due to seizures in the English Version,
- When the Shadow Queen was Defeated for Good, Multiple seizure appears once again in the Japanese version, But in the English Version, This was changed to 2 Flashing Lights.
