Parodies disclaimer

Does anyone think it should be a good idea to remove the disclaimer that tells people in capital letters not to add any more parodies or they will be fired? Because people have been adding more parodies to the section regardless of what the disclaimer says, and I think they should be allowed to add more parodies if they want to. FDMG, 7:12 P.M.
