Stinger (Cars)

Stinger was one of Chick's friends, before going over to Lightning's side.

Bio[]

Stinger is one of Chick's protogese in Cars: Race-O-Rama. He doesn't talk much. He usually communicates by revving his engine.

He first appears behind Chick Hicks in the end-scene for Sprint 1.

He later appears in Stinger's Stir Up, where Chick introduces him to Lightning McQueen and Ramone. Lightning asked how he was doing, but Stinger just revved his engine. Ramone regarded him as the strong silent type. Later, in the end-scene, Chick gets mad at him and calls him a steel brain of a worthless bucket of bolts. This made Stinger angry and rev his engine. But when Chick asked what he had to say for himself, Stinger just drove away.

He later appears in Reunion Rundown. In Chick Hicks Showdown, he also apologizes to Lightning for being mean to him, and Lightning invites him to come to the Doc Hudson Racing Academy anytime. Candice asked him to say thank you to Lightning, but he instead revs his engine. That was his way of saying thank you.
