Slappy and the Stinkers

Slappy and the Stinkers is a 1998 Keystone Kops Slapstick Car Chase Adventure Caper Comedy Film directed by Joe Dante and Richard Donner. Plot

At prestigious Dartmoor Howard Fine Academy, Principals Morgan Brinway (B.D. Wong) and Moe Besser (Don Rickles) are forcing second-graders to study Opera appreciation, especially the Comic Operas by Gilbert and Sullivan.
