Sarah Dicker is the niece of Rick Dicker like Jack Jack, she was born with multiple powers even she can't name all. Her parents were killed by Syndrome with them being supers themselves, leaving Rick to take care of her by himself. She's also Dash's best friend turned into crush later on as they go to the same school.
