This mensaje is inspired by Ambassador
Andrew Young, spokescritter for
Project Hope, (or some
name with 'hope' in it, anyway) an organization which promotes
financial literacy
as a means for improved survival fitness under free enterprise and capitalism.
The question in consideration is how can pubwan activity contribute to the overall level of financial literacy of pubwan participants and/or the general public?
Pubwan as a knowledge discovery technology may have the potential to expand the publised literature in empirical personal finance. As a data mining technology, pubwan may add an analytical or empirical dimension to consumer decision-making.
A pubwan education system, if implemented, will supply the public domain with texbooks, as will projects such as the Wikibooks Portal.
