Principal is the principal of Death Valley Elementary. He has a large head and has wrinkles around his eyes. The principal hates witches and misbehaving children. Principal has had a long history of punishing bad kids. He also believes that all witches are troublemakers and will cause harm to the world. Principal hates The Witches' Rights and threatens the witches he punishes not to inform them of his severe punishments. He onced removed Lucy's spider from her dress and cut her hair shorter as a punishment. Lucy started to feel weak until her bedroom mirror came to life and convinced her to stand up for herself and to do something about the situation.
Lucy was sent to his office and he was about to cut more of her hair off but Lucy punched him in the jaw and he fell over and crashed into a cabinet and had to go to hospital.
