Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, comedian, and voice actor. He was one of the original cast members on the sketch comedy series MADtv and is known for voicing Wilt on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Ollie Williams and the Judge on Family Guy, Hector con Carne on Evil Con Carne, Samurai Jack on Samurai Jack, and Hermes Conrad on Futurama.
