The program operates in the following steps:
- Upon admission to the program, the resident undergos comprehensive psychiatric assessment.
- The resident works with their case managers to organize individual residents plan and group treatment experiences utilizing the institutes diverse resources.
- Attend house meetings for:
- Goal setting.
- Symptom management.
- Medication education and transition.
- Necessary consultations, family meetings, and treatment reviews for "psychiatric, medical and neurological concerns" are arranged through the program.
- Residents completing the program may transition back into society.
