Mr. Herriman is a character in the Flash-Animated cartoon, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends on Cartoon Network, voiced by Tom Kane. He was imagined by Madame Foster when she was a young girl. He runs the house, making sure that every imaginary friend behaves and that Frankie does all her chores.
