Mr. Antonio Carburettor is the owner of the Silver Hatch race track and a major character in Roary the Racing Car. His mother is Mamma Mia and he has an unknown father who is probably no longer alive. He also has a cousin named Mr. Chubby. He is the owner of Silver Hatch race track. He has a fantastic fleet of top of the range racing cars, just like Maxi. He like to go and check up on Marsha, Big Chris and all the cars at Silver Hatch. His private helicopter Hellie takes him everywhere he needs to go.
He is voiced by Tim Whitnall, who also voices Farmer Green and Plugger.
