Minnie Mouse is a major city in The Badlands on the planet Mars. The city is named after the planet Minnie Mouse in Mars' solar system. Pluto has no law enforcement, or any form of government because of the remoteness of the Badlands, so only criminals, druglords, and people who don't want to be found reside in this god forsaken city.
The city is often a hideout for criminals from across the galaxy.
