Meekly's Predicament is the twentieth episode of the second season of Sawtooth the Beaver and Friends, and the forty-sixth episode overall. It is a parody of the Thomas & Friends episode, Percy's Predicament.

Transcript[]
Narrator: "Muttley's Girfriend's work in the countryside was full of surprises, but she was frightened of bulls and cows, and she remained very lazy and stubborn.
One day, Professor Pat Pending brought Patricia to the station where Private Meekly was grumpily shunting."
Professor Pat Pending: "Hello, Meekly. I see Muttley's Girlfriend's left the milk behind again."
Private Meekly: "I'll have to make a special journey with it, I suppose. Anyone would think I'd nothing to do!"
Narrator: "Grumbled Meekly."
Professor Pat Pending: "Tell you what,"
Narrator: "Replied Professor."
Professor Pat Pending: "I'll take the milk, you fetch my Alligators."
Narrator: "Animators and Stationmaster agreed.
Meekly had never been to the quarry before. He began ordering the alligators about."
Private Meekly: "Hurry along!"
Narrator: "He said.
The alligators grumbled to each other."
Alligators: "This is Professor's place! Meekly's got no right to poke his head in here and push us around."
Narrator: "They whispered and passed the word.
Alligators: "Pay Meekly back! Pay Meekly Back!"
Private Meekly: "Come along,"
Narrator: "Said Meekly."
Private Meekly: "No nonsense!"
Alligators: "We'll give him nonsense!"
Narrator: "Giggled the Alligators.
But they followed so quitely, that Meekly thought they were under control.
Suddenly, they saw a notice ahead;
All racers must stop to pin down brakes."
Private Meekly: "Peep peep! Brakes, animator, please!"
Narrator: "But before he could check them, the Alligators surged ahead."
Alligators: "On! On!"
Narrator: "They yelled."
Private Meekly: "Help! Help!"
Narrator: "Whistled Meekly.
The man on duty rushed to warn traffic with his red flag, but was too late to switch Meekly to the runaway siding.
Frantically trying to grip the road, Meekly slid into the yard."
Private Meekly: "Peep peep! Look out!"
(CRASH!)
Narrator: "Meekly's Animators jumped clear, but Meekly was stranded.
Next Day, the Announcer arrived. Professor Pat Pending and Muttley's Girlfriend had helped to clear the wreckage, but Meekly remained on his perch of Alligators."
Announcer: "We must now try,"
Narrator: "Said the Announcer,"
Announcer: "To run the race track with Professor and the Mutt. You have put us in an awkward predicament, Meekly."
Private Meekly: "I am sorry, sir."
Narrator: "Said Meekly."
Announcer: "You must stay there until we are ready."
Narrator: "Said the Announcer."
Announcer: "And you really must be more careful with Alligators."
Narrator: "Meekly sighed. The Alligators groaned beneath his feet. He quite understood about awkward predicaments.
The Announcer spoke severely to Muttley's Girlfriend, too."
Announcer: "My Racers work hard. I send lazy Racers away."
Narrator: "Muttley's Girlfriend was ashamed."
Announcer: "However, Professor says you worked hard after Meekly's accident, so you shall have another chance."
Muttley's Girlfriend: "Thank you, Sir. I will work hard. Professor says he'll help me."
Announcer: "Excellent. What Professor doesn't know about race track problems isn't worth knowing. Our Professor's an experienced man."
Narrator: "Next day, Sawtooth came back, and Meekly was sent to be mended.
Ann and Clair were delighted to see Sawtooth again, and he took them for a run at once.
All are now friends, and Professor has taught Muttley's girlfriend a great deal. She shooed a cow off the line the other day all by herself. That shows you, doesn't it?"
