The Late Maude Flanders
Maude Flanders was a character from The Simpsons. She was the wife of Ned Flanders and the mother of Rod and Todd Flanders until Homer inadvertently killed her during a speedway. He had ordered a T-shirt launched by a cannon and ducked at the last second to pick up a bobby pin, only for the resulting t-shirt to knock Maude off the bleachers and onto the ground. Dr. Hibbert then pronounced Maude dead.
