Marcia The Martian is the Minor Character from Tiny Toon Adventures, She is a Niece and Student of Marvin The Martian. Marcia is a young, female martian with a round black face, red hair, a pink and purple skirt, a purple cone-shaped hat with a pink bowed ribbon, white high tops and white gloves. She lives on Mars. Marcia speaks similar to a beatnik of the 1950s and early 1960s. She is voiced by Tress MacNeille.
She appears in the segment, Duck Dodgers Jr., also starring Plucky Duck, Daffy Duck, and Marvin. In the short, Daffy reprises his role as Duck Dodgers of the 241/2 Century, with Plucky serving as his trusty sidekick. Their mission is to stop a matter transmogrifier from sucking up the entire universe, which Marvin and Marcia are behind. While Daffy and Marvin fight over the universe, Plucky and Marcia go off to play together.
Her name, after considerable study, appears to be a corruption of the Koshallic name Ma'rwasth'eea, or "Female Spirit of the Double Moonrise". Strangely, she gained her adult name approximately eight earth years before the general ceremony. However, given the somewhat eccentric nature of her family, it shouldn't be too difficult to allow for extenuating circumstances At The Boy Version of her His name Marco the Martian.
