Lupin III: The Fuma Conspiracy is a Japanese adventure comedy OVA/anime film that was released in December 1987 in Japan and in 1993 in the USA. The film recieved heavy backlash and a box office bomb in Japan due to the change of voice actors (due to a tight budget that was mostly used for the animation).
In 2002, Columbia/Tri-Star Home Entertainment made a demo DVD and VHS of the film for an attempt to get video rights to the OVA. It was only released for a limited time before it went out of stock a month later.

The subtitle options are the English subtitles for the original Japanese version, and two dubtitles for the old and new dubs (AnimEigo/Costal Carolina and New Generation/Point 360).
