John William "Long John" Baldry (12 January 1941 – 21 July 2005) was an English and Canadian blues singer and a voice actor.
He Voiced Dr. Robotnik on Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, King Charles and Little John on Captain N: The Game Master, and Top Hat, Hercules, and Stanley/Chooch on Salty's Lighthouse.
Baldry died on 21 July 2005, in Vancouver General Hospital, of a lung infection. He was survived by his friend, Felix "Oz" Rexach, a brother, Roger and a sister, Margaret. Coincidentally, Baldry died the same year as Deem Bristow, who voiced Dr. Robotnik/Eggman from Sonic Adventure to Sonic Advance 3.
