Jonathan Harshman Winters III (November 11, 1925) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, producer, writer, voice artist, and comedian.
He voiced Sappy Stanley and Wade Pig on Tiny Toon Adventures. He also voiced Papa Smurf in the film, The Smurfs.
