Joe Mills (born Matthew Joseph Stott on June 14th, 1972 in Wigan, Lancashire, England, United Kingdom) is an English actor, voice actor and sports commentator who provides voices for the UK and US narrations of Thomas & Friends.
He has also appeared in various other British television series such as "Emmerdale", "Coronation Street", "Holby City" and "The Bill". He also works as a teacher of drama and PE at Cansfield High School, a Rugby League journalist and commentator, a wedding registrar in Bolton, and a football coach.
He is the son of late Labour Party MP Roger Stott and Irene Mills.
He is married to Alison Stott and they have a son together.
