Emily

Emily is one of the new main characters of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends. She is an emerald green Stirling Single engine who works on The Fat Controller's railway. Emily is also the most beautiful engine there is. She has the biggest wheels on sodor. It is also implied she has a secret love relationship with Thomas. When Emily first arrived on Sodor, she was a nice engine and accidentally took Annie and Clarabel without even knowing Thomas owned them. She also defended Salty after Thomas and Percy imitated his accent. She didn't know they were doing it because they liked him. Ever since Season 8, Emily's personality has changed. Emily has become more impatient, desperate, bossy, and short-tempered. She usually takes her anger out on Thomas or the diesels. Emily also showed a sign of hatred for Thomas in Calling All Engines when he had to sleep in her shed. Even though Emily is a main character, she has also made several cameos. She is voiced by Teresa Gallagher in UK in Season 13 and Hero of the Rails, and Jules de Jongh in US in Season 13 and Hero of the Rails.
