Elmrya Duff is a recurring character and the secondary antagonist from Tiny Toon Adventures. She is voiced by Cree Summer in all of her appearances. Also the minor character of Animaniacs and Pinky, Elmyra and The Brain. She is only good, beautiful and sometimes neutral in Animaniacs and Pinky, Elmyra and The Brain.
