Elmira Clamp is a grumpy woman who extremely dislikes noise, unpleasant things, and disruption in the MySims video game series by Electronic Arts and Maxis. She arrives at the Town Hotel and is disgusted with the lack of a library in town, thus volunteering to open one should she be invited to move in. Elmira is also a pig farmer on Capital Island who the player works for as a pig herder before becoming the Royal Wandolier, a minigame host, as well as a client turned potential SPA recruit.
In MySims (Wii/PC)[]
Elmira Clamp is a fussy librarian stays at the Town Hotel hoping to open her own library. She thinks schools and libraries are good, and loud music and parties are bad. She is good friends with Rosalyn P. Marshall and several other Studious folks.
Profile: Elmira Clamp grew up between an airport and a construction site in a tiny house with thin walls. Her father was the lead drummer in the experimental rock band, Nothin’ But Drums, and her mother raised howler monkeys. Elmira hates noise, and she hates Sims who make noise. Like her Auntie Crumplebottom taught her: the best mouth is a shut mouth!

In MySims Kingdom (Wii)[]
Elmira Clamp is a pig farmer on Capital Island. She runs her own pig farm and takes care of two pigs, Pigglez and Porkz. She employs the player as her pig herder before they become the Royal Wandolier. She also gives her tools to use after a socializing with her at the beginning of the game. She also seems to have a relationship with island resident Barney Cull, as she frequently visits his house by the harbor.
Profile: With just two pigs to its credit, Elmira’s pig farm may not be much for a commercial empire, but she runs it with an iron fist! Who knows, maybe there’s a generous spirit protected by that prickly outer shell?

Elmira Clamp hosts the Rack the Stack minigame, where the players will take the books from the check-in counter and put them in their color coordinating shelf. The players will have to try going around Elmira and 2 other sims who are all walking around, holding books. Elmira also hosts the Intense Festival, which holds some intense (and quiet) minigames. If the player gets a high score in Elmira's minigame, she will move to Sunshine Beach and can be selected as a teammate.
