Electric Blue Animation is a British-American animation studio that is a subsidiary of Bright Light Television Animation (formerly a Broadcast Arts subsidiary until the buyout by The Bright Light Group in 1999). The studio is most well known for doing work for Heather and the Hotshots (2004) and NomNom: The Battle Brawlers (2001).
History[]
The company was formed in 1995 by former Nelvana employees Matthew Wilson, Charlie Andrews, and Cale Ramirez. Their first project was a group of commercials for Walmart and Sam's Club.
In 1996, Broadcast Arts brought out the studio and made it a wholly owned subsidiary.
