Dr Viper he is the villain from Swat Kats. Dr Viper real name was Dr Elrod Purvis he got the Viper Mutagen 368 on him he is now Dr Viper. He is a half Cat and half Snake his plan is invents Monster and to destroy Megakat City. By Season 1 Episode 13 he is with Dark Kat and The Metallikats they are a team to stop the Swat Kats. Dr Viper live in his Laboratory where trees swamps and dirty water is. His skin color is green and dark green, his hair and his nose color is black, his eyes color is yellow by dark his eyes are light yellow, Dr Viper voice was by Frank Welker.
