Dr. Vanessa or simply known as Vanny for short is the main antagonist of DreamWorks Animation's 2025 animated feature film Penny: The Next Level.
She is a corrupt, wrathful and envious businesswoman who is the Founder and CEO of VR Industries, an evil Scientist, and she's also Penny Peterson and Rita Beckett's arch-nemesis.
She is voiced by Annie Murphy who also voiced Chelsea Van Der Zee from Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken.
