Doc Matrix is a supporting character in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. He is the leader of Robo-Apes and was the one to start the Robo-Ape uprising in “Rise of the Planet of the Robo-Apes.” He, unlike others, has appeared on multiple occasions in season 1.
