The problem seems to be this: Honest communication is possible only between equals. For this reason I propose an Equality Principle as a possible addition to the canon of Pubwan Principles. Basically, for pubwan purposes, which is to say in the context of pubwan activity, every pubwan participant is considered the political equal of every other. This means that within pubwan we do not grant some privilege over others. "Privilege," I have read, is derived from words meaning "private law," as contrasted I imagine with the laws that apply to all of us. Centrally, pubwan is about access to information. Within pubwan, and between pubwan and the public, there shall be no privileged access to information. A possible exception might be passwords to accounts absolutely necessary to the successful administration of pubwan infrastructure. But even that should be reviewed for possible technical workarounds.
