  1. Tai Kamiya (Veronica Taylor Adventure 01) (Ted Lewis Adventure 02) - the title character who is the same age as Serena Tsukino/Sailor Moon and makes friends with Jaden Yuki (who dates Zoey Hanson). He and Serena were married and own Rini Tsukino and Takao Kamiya (born on April 2, 2020)
  2. Matt Ishida (Eric Stuart) - Tai's rival dating Raye Hino/Sailor Mars.
  3. Sora Takenouchi (Rachael Lillis) - Tai's childhood friend dating Steve (Dan Green). She befriends Katie Sandler (from Match Point For Sailor Moon) and was used to playing Tennis.
  4. Izzy Izumi (Tara Sands Adventure 01) (Eric Stuart Adventure 02) - the love interest of Amy Anderson/Sailor Mercury.
  5. Mimi Tachikawa (Lisa Ortiz) - the friend of Sora dating Michael (Eric Stuart). She shares her voice with Tracey Sketchit's love interest Sandra Larson of the Kodocha anime.
  6. Joe Kido (Ted Lewis) - the love interest of Mina Aino/Sailor Venus.
  7. Jim Kido (Eric Stuart) - Joe's older brother and the boyfriend of Jun Motomiya.
  8. T.K. Takaishi (Amy Birnbaum Adventure 01) (Ted Lewis Adventure 02) - Matt's brother and Kari's boyfriend.
  9. Kari Kamiya (Tara Jayne) - Tai's sister and T.K.'s girlfriend. She was also the aunt of Cody's love interest Rini Tsukino.
  10. Davis Motomiya (Ted Lewis) - the rival of T.K. and the boyfriend of Tatum (Kerry Williams).
  11. Jun Motomiya (Lisa Ortiz) - the older sister of Davis who dates Jim Kido.
  12. Ken Ichijouji (Eric Stuart) - the Wormmon owner who he and Yolei date.
