The only real rule for writing tutorials is that you focus on clear developement from step to step. Write at whatever level you feel comfortable with, and dont feel you need to always write for the 'beginner'. Advanced users, as well as developers will be using this Wiki, so its okay to write for a higher experience level. You might want to indicate in your introduction what experience level you are writing for, so as to give new coders a bit of warning.
