It was broadcasted on March 30, 2008, was written by Billy Kimball and directed by Lance Kramer and guest stars Nathan Lane as Perez Bada, Robin Williams as Robby Killer, John Candy as Rastapopolous, Harvey Fierstein as Bugsy Calony, Jason Alexander as Screwball Sandlers and Gilbert Gottfried as Smuggly Capone. Homer becomes involved with stopping Organized Crime, Drug Smuggling, Terrorism and Gangsters when he read on the Newspaper that Chicago is ruled by Gangs lead by Perez Bada
It won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing in an Animated Program.
