Villains who are easy to like in one way or another. They may be sympathetic, like Mr. Freeze or Gaara, maybe they're comedic and entertaining, like Aku or Nappa, maybe they're Affably Evil (villains who act polite and cordial, despite they're evil plans) maybe they're just cool in the things they do or in something else, or they're unique and different.
