Complete Monsters are the worst of all vilains; pure evil. They can easily be recognized by these signs:

• They commit acts that are atrocious by the standards of the story, and have already crossed the Moral Event Horizon.
• They cause fear, revulsion, and hatred from other characters in the story
• They are not at any one point seen in a positive light
• Nothing justfies their crimes
