CAPRICORN, who represents the zodiac sign of the Sea-Goat, is a member of the Solar System Starlliance that rules the cosmic empire's ringed planet, Saturn. He is a tall sepia starling at 2.19 meters/7.2 feet (without heels) who can manipulate rocks and sand as well as having the clairvoyance to foretell past and immediate events.
