Bugsy/Tsukushi was the Azalea Town Gym Leader and Maya Burlington's prince voiced by Tara Jayne in the 4Kids Dub, and by Pokemon Masters actress Cristina Valenzuela for TPCI.
Plot[]
- He is 10 years old, has a princess named Maya Burlington (from Kodocha Episode 34: Sing It! and Episode 80: One Song Left), and is best friends with Alexander Davis (from Power Play) who is side by side with Alexandra Hartman (also from the same Kodocha episodes). He is the second gym leader Ash Ketchum has to face and hands out the Hive Badge for him. He would often kneel down to grab his princess's hand and kiss it to make her blush even more. He sometimes gives a royal dance with her and also gives her a twirl. He accidentally used a net on Sakura's head when she has a butterfly in it.

- He has purple hair and purple eyes and wears a green short sleeved shirt, green shorts, white socks and brown shoes.
- In Heart Gold and Soul Silver, he wears a green short sleeved shirt with a yellow tie on it, green shorts, white socks and brown shoes.
- As a prince, he wears a prince outfit worn by Ash and Clemont in Party Dancecapades.
