Blowhard is the leader of the Tornado Wizards and a magician. He was created when Gnasty Gnorc discovered a gem hidden in a tornado and transmogrified it into the hard wizard half tornado that is Blowhard. He was defeated by Spyro on the pinnacle of his mountain.
