Blotch is a character in Kermit's Swamp Years. At the beagning of the movie he was mainly a bully to Kermit, Croaker and Goggles, later in the movie when Goggles saved his life from getting crushed by a snake named Vicki, he reformed himself and being a friend rather than a bully.
