Bill Clinton

Bill Clinton was the 42nd President of the United States, and the incumbent President during the run of Animaniacs, Pinky and The Brain, and other Warner Bros. shows, so he was often featured in them. During his appearances on the show he was voiced by Frank Welker. He really does play the saxophone (as one of the Animaniacs theme song references) and made a famous appearance on the Arsenio Hall Show during his first presidential campaign.
