The Creator is a Major character of DreamWorks' 2023 animated feature film, Penny. He is Virus Master's younger brother and the creator of Virtual World, a largest modern online city created by a combination of technology used by millions of people. When he discovers that his older brother Virus Master is coming to dominate Virtual World, he requests Penny, Rita and the Galactic Four to find the three anti-virus shields from the VR dimensions before danger.
He is voiced by Chris Pratt who also voiced Emmet Brickowski in The Lego Movie, Barley Lightfoot in Onward, and Mario in The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

He is a tall slender man with light blue skin, a white shirt, blue business suit, eyes and hair. He also wears a blue bowtie, and silver shoes.

The Creator is wise, smart, caring, loyal and friendly. His ultimate goal is to keep his business running for Virtual World. He kindly welcomes Penny over to his headquarters as his guest. He loves his favorite hobbies like gardening, golf and art. He is also protective but knows when someone to be faced such as the villainous Virus Master.

Early Life[]
Long ago, when The Creator was a young boy, he has been reading so many books and learning more Virtual World knowledge. And so he became the Administrator of Virtual World, as Virus Master got jealous and becomes more greedy about ruling the Universe, The Creator has to stop a him for his actions until he finally banishes Virus Master to the Island of Ruins so he cannot do any more dominance. He has been creating the most powerful anti-virus in his world and created the until.
Meeting The Creator[]
He welcomes Penny to his Office, but was a hologram into a Garden at first, she offers Penny that she would like to water some of his flowers as a helper, and Penny says "Yes". He and Penny has been discussing about his knowledge in the past about how he's got so many ideas. The Creator then changes the scene of his mind and plays Virtual golf, and then makes some painting on his art.
He even kindly offers Penny to request him what would she like to explore in his mind, Penny however is feeling shy and she doesn't know where she likes to go. The Creator comforts Penny, to think of all the things she dreams of. And when she chooses exploring underwater with cute and colorful sea creatures, he takes her their in his mind. The Creator watches Penny exploring the sea horses and fishes until a glitch Virus disease begins spreading under the sea, he swims to save Penny from being consumed.
Inside Penny's Subconscious Mind[]
After being saved from the deadly virus, Penny and Creator finally generates into Penny's subconscious mind and survived in there, The Creator explains to Penny about Virus Master who has grown jealousy and vengeance so he can annihilate all creations. So he warns Penny that Virus Master is back after 1000 years of exile, as he is planning to return to bring destruction to his universe. The virus disease is back and nearly spreads over the two until The Creator and Penny departed Penny's mind.
With the Viruses who are going to cause chaos, The Creator tells Penny to begin her quest to travel to Three Virtual Dimensions, get the anti-virus parts for the unity. And when they combined, the ant-virus shields will stop the viruses and restore Virtual World.
