She is the older sister of Sherman and the adoptive daughter of Mr. Peabody. When she was 5 years old, she and her baby brother were abandoned by their mother and left to die in the streets. As she and her brother cried alone in a dark alley, suddenly, a dog genius by the name of Mr. Peabody finds them and takes them in, and with the help of the legal system, adopts both Audrey and Sherman as his son and daughter.
As ten years go by, Audrey has grown into a smart, a little conservative, poetic and talented young woman. Although she spends most of her time with Mr. Peabody and Sherman traveling through time in the WABAC, she feels somewhat distant and a little neglected by her adoptive father as he spends most of his time with Sherman and isn't allowed to call him "Dad". She also has a bit of depression because of it, and often feels like he doesn't love her. But regardless, she loves both Mr. Peabody and Sherman very much, and is very protective of them, especially her little brother as she won't ever allow anyone to bully or pick on them and will kick their butts if they do.
She doesn't get along very well with Penny Peterson and Mitch Grunion at first, as they bullied her brother in front of a huge crowd and got them both into trouble by reversing the story, saying that they attacked them. But as time goes on, they gradually become friends. She absolutely despises Edwina Grunion for being an ignorant and bigoted person, and for trying to do everything she can to make Mr. Peabody look bad so she could take her and Sherman away from him. But whatever situation they face, Audrey does show her loyalty to Mr. Peabody and Sherman as Mr. Peabody does the same thing for his adoptive children. By the way, for anyone who's wondering, the necklace that Audrey's wearing was a locket given to her as a gift from Mr. Peabody. He told her that she wouldn't be able to open it until later, but that it held a special message inside.
