Aardman Party 4: The Big Star Rush is the fourth in the Aardman Party collection, which introduces the casts of Packages From Planet X and Adriana and Anya. It is based on Mario Party: Star Rush and contains five Thomas Stories that are simply based on Mr. Conductor's Thomas Tales.

• Mr. Conductor 1: One day, Edward was in the shed where he live with the other engines. They were all bigger than Edward and boasted about it.
• Gordon: The driver won't choose you again.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Said Gordon.
• Gordon: He wants strong engines like us.
• Mr. Conductor 1: But the driver and fireman felt sorry for Edward.
• Driver: Would you like to come out today?
• Edward: Oh yes, please.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Said Edward. So they lit his fire, made lots of steam and Edward puff away. The other engines were very cross of being left behind. Edward worked hard all day. The coaches thought he was very kind and the driver was very pleased.
• Edward: I'm going out again tomorrow.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Edward told the other engines that night.
• Edward: What do you think at that?
• Mr. Conductor 1: But he didn't hear what they thought, for he was so tired and happy that he fell asleep at once. Next morning, Edward woke up to find nothing had change. Gordon was still boasting.
• Gordon: You watch me, little Edward, as I rush through with the express. That will be a splendid sight for you. Goodbye, little Edward. Look out for me this afternoon.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Edward went off to do some shunting. He like shunting. It was fun playing with freight cars. He would come out quietly and gave them a push. Then he would stop, and the silly freight cars will go bump into the each other.
• Cars: Oh!
• Mr. Conductor 1: They cried.
• Cars: Whatever is happening?
• Mr. Conductor 1: Edward played till there were no more freight cars. Then he stopped to rest. Presently, he heard a whistle. Gordon was very cross. Instead of pulling shiny new coaches, he was pulling a very dirty freight train.
• Gordon: A freight train, a freight train, a freight train!
• Mr. Conductor 1: He grumbled.
• Gordon: The shame of it, the shame of it, oh, the shame of it!
• Mr. Conductor 1: Edward laughed and went to find some more freight cars. Then, there was trouble.
• Porter: Gordon can't get up the hill.
• Mr. Conductor 1: The porter called to Edward's Driver.
• Porter: Will you take Edward and push him please?
• Mr. Conductor 1: They found Gordon halfway up, and very cross. His driver and fireman were talking to him severly.
• Driver: You're not trying.
• Gordon: I can't do it!
• Mr. Conductor 1: Said Gordon.
• Gordon: The noisy freight cars hold an engine back so!
• Mr. Conductor 1: Edward's driver came up.
• Driver: We've come to push.
• Gordon: No use at all!
• Mr. Conductor 1: Said Gordon.
• Driver: You wait and see.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Replied Edward's driver. So they brought the train back to the bottom of the hill.
• Edward: I'm ready.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Said Edward.
• Gordon: No good.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Grumbled Gordon. They pulled and pushed as hard as they could.
• Gordon: I can't do it, I can't do it, I can't do it!
• Mr. Conductor 1: Puffed Gordon.
• Edward: I will do it, I will do it, I will do it!
• Mr. Conductor 1: Puffed Edward. Edward pushed and puffed and puffed and pushed as hard as ever he could. And almost before he realized it, Gordon found himself at the top of the hill.
• Gordon: I've done it, I've done it, I've done it!
• Mr. Conductor 1: He said proudly. He forgot all about kind Edward and didn't say thank you. Edward was left out of breath and far behind, but he was happy because he had been so helpful. At the next station, he found that the driver and fireman were very pleased with him. The fireman gave him a nice long drink and the driver said.
• Driver: I'll get out my paint tomorrow, and give you your beautiful coat of blue with red stripes, then you'll be the smartest engine in the shed.
• (Edward Helps Out ends)
• Mr. Conductor 1: So that's how Edward made a kind effort to Gordon.
• Pooh: That's good.
• Todd: You'd be leaving, huh?
• The Conductors: Yep.
• (The Conductors sparkle away)
• Kuzco: We agree to take a trip to the grasslands.

• Mr. Conductor 1: Yes, Melody. He got into difficulties with some unused brakes. Let me explain.

• Mr. Conductor 1: Thomas the Tank Engine was ill. Workmen had been trying to make him better, but it was no use.
• Sir Topham Hatt: Edward must take you to the works.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Said Sir Topham Hatt. Thomas felt very miserable. Then, Sir Topham Hatt spoke to Duck.
• Sir Topham Hatt: I want you to help Percy and Toby while Thomas is away.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Duck was delighted. He already knew Percy and soon made friends with Toby and Bertie. Terence the Tractor gave him a big welcome too.
• Terence: Take care of Thomas' coaches.
• Mr. Conductor 1: He advised.
• Terence: He's sure to miss them while he's away.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Duck was very gentle with the coaches. Annie and Clarabel were impressed.
• Annie and Clarabel: Such nice manners.
• Mr. Conductor 1: They told each other.
• Annie and Clarabel: It really is a pleasure to go out with him.
• Mr. Conductor 1: When Thomas came back, Annie and Clarabel told him how well duck had managed. Thomas was so pleased to be home that he soon forgot to be jealous. The works have left Thomas' handbrake very stiff. It made his brakes seen they were on, when in fact they were not. As a result, he and his coaches often overran the platform. Thomas found this most embarrasing. Gradually, his driver and fireman learned to be extra careful. But one day, Thomas' fireman was ill and a relief man took his place. The fireman had fastened the coupling and joined the driver and stationmaster on the platform to wait for Henry's passengers. The fireman had forgot all about Thomas' handbrake. Thomas simmered happily.
• Thomas: Not long now.
• Mr. Conductor 1: He thought, as he saw Henry slowly approaching. But Thomas' brakes were not on and suddenly he felt his wheels begin to move. He tried to stop, but he couldn't without his driver and fireman. He tried to whistle a warning, but he couldn't do that either. The Conductor, driver, fireman and passengers were all stranded on the platform.
• Annie and Clarabel: Stop! Stop!
• Mr. Conductor 1: Shreiked Annie and Clarabel. But Thomas, with plenty of steam, kept on going. The alarm went down the line.
• Signalman: Stop the runaway!
• Mr. Conductor 1: There ready for action was Harold the Helicopter. The inspector had made a plan and together they took off into the sky. At last Thomas was tiring.
• Thomas: I need to stop, i need to stop.
• Mr. Conductor 1: He panted weirdly. As they neared the next station Thomas saw Harold land. They entered the platform slowly enough for the inspector to act. Judging his moments the inspector scrambled into the cab and screwed the brakes on.
• (The inspector brakes with all his strength)
• Mr. Conductor 1: At last Thomas stopped. Both he and the inspector were very relieved. Then they thanked Harold.
• Harold: Think nothing of it. Glad to be at service anytime.
• Inspector: Thomas.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Remarked The inspector.
• Inspector: You must never let this happen again.
• Mr. Conductor 1: Weirdly, Thomas agreed with him.
• (The Runaway ends)
• Mr. Conductor 1: So that's how Thomas didn't get his own fault for the brakes.
• Luna: I see.
• Valerie: You'd be leaving, huh?
• The Conductors: Yep.
• (The Conductors sparkle away)
• (We find Piglet, as he and his friends venture into World 2)
• Piglet: Oh d-d-dear.
• Courage: The things I do for love.
• (Just then, the cast of Jabberjaw arrive)

• (But just then, they hear a loud cackle)

• (The cackle is heard again)

• (King Boo appears, with a Super Mario Adventures expression)

• (As everyone runs away from King Boo, we can hear Pain performing Jabberjaw in the background)

We're doin' it how we like. I'm singin' into my mic, a special underwater mic. Who's gonna save the world? Who's gonna save the days? From Ahab, crabs who steal and eerie eels with evil rays? Who's gonna talk like Curly, since Curly isn't here? Who's gonna chase down villains and then turn around and run in fear? You know who I'm talkin' about, he's fat and short on brains and I do not mean Captain Caveman, I mean Jabberjaw. He tries to further justice without making waves, and to impress the ladies, but his subtle ways, get lost between the sediment and water mains, "And I will never date you 'cause you smell like bait!" So what? Who cares? When a supervillain plots to send an army of lobsterbots to tie you up in sailors' knots? Who's gonna save the world? Who's gonna save the days? From Ahab, crabs who steal, and eerie eels with evil rays? Who's gonna talk like Curly, since Curly isn't here? Who's gonna chase down villains and then turn around and run in fear? • Mr. Conductor 2: In the summertime, the branch line stationmasters enjoy a friendly competition for the most beautiful station on the Island of Sodor. The engines love to help too. One evening Sir Topham Hatt came to the sheds.
• Sir Topham Hatt: I want Percy to collect some flower bushes from Lower Tidmouth Station.
• Mr. Conductor 2: He said.
• Sir Topham Hatt: They're at Maithwaithe.
• Percy: Maithwaithe?
• Mr. Conductor 2: Percy said.
• Percy: Y-y-yes sir.
• Mr. Conductor 2: He added nervously. Percy chuffed anxiously through the thickening fog. He doesn't like travelling to Maithwaithe at night. The line passes through a junction next to a spooky old quarry mine. Percy hoped the signal at the junction would be green. He didn't want to stop next to the mine. But the signal was red. He had to stop. Suddenly he saw something.
• Percy: Bouncing buffers!
• Mr. Conductor 2: Cried Percy. His driver hadn't seen the old chimney sink into the ground. The signal changed. Percy was so scared, he steamed away as fast as he could. The next day, Percy was telling Donald and Douglas about the disappearing chimney.
• Donald: It's the naughty gnomes.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Teased Donald.
• Douglas: We fat men with big feet. They make strange things happen.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Said Douglas.
• Douglas: It's legend. They steal your wheels and filch your funnels.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Percy didn't want to believe them, but he wasn't sure. Sir Topham Hatt was waiting for Percy at Dryaw Station.
• Sir Topham Hatt: I want you to collect some freight cars from the abandoned mine.
• Mr. Conductor 2: He said.
• Percy: Y-y-yes sir.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Percy answered. But he really didn't want to go there again. Percy hoped he wouldn't see anything else disappear. He slipped into the sidings and buffered up to the freight cars.
• Percy: Spooky.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Stammered Percy. Suddenly, another building at the old mine sank into the ground.
• Percy's Driver: What was that?
• Mr. Conductor 2: Shouted his driver.
• Percy: Double bouncing buffers!
• Mr. Conductor 2: Shrieked Percy. He was so scared, he lurched forward and rammed the freight car.
• Percy: Naughty gnomes!
• Mr. Conductor 2: Cried Percy. He steamed away faster than before, all the way back to Lower Tidmouth Station. Percy's driver told Sir Topham Hatt what they had seen.
• Percy: It's the naughty gnomes.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Cried Percy.
• Percy: They like to cause trouble. It's legend.
• Sir Topham Hatt: Nonsense.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Said Sir Topham Hatt.
• Sir Topham Hatt: The old buildings are collapsing at empty mine shafts. That's all.
• Percy: But i saw the gnomes.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Protested Percy.
• Sir Topham Hatt: Of course you did.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Said Sir Topham Hatt.
• Sir Topham Hatt: Garden gnomes.
• Percy: Garden gnomes?
• Sir Topham Hatt: To decorate Lower Tidmouth Station.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Sir Topham Hatt said.
• Sir Topham Hatt: They're not scary. Garden gnomes bring good luck.
• Mr. Conductor 2: And he ordered Percy to return inmediately and get them. Percy was scared, but he knew he had to be responsible. So he carried on.
• Percy: I'm not scared, i'm not scared.
• Mr. Conductor 2: He waited for something else spooky to happen. But it didn't and Sir Topham Hatt was right. The garden gnomes weren't scary at all. His driver and fireman had collected the gnomes and Percy took them straight back to Lower Tidmouth Station. Later that week, the stationmanster thanked Percy.
• Stationmanster: We wouldn't have won our competition without your garden gnomes, Percy.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Percy was very proud.
• Percy: You were right, sir, naughty gnomes can be lucky after all.
• (Percy and The Haunted Mine ends)
• Mr. Conductor 2: So that's how engines will always be braver than before.
• Timon: Thanks for the offer.
• Pumbaa: You'd be leaving, huh?
• The Conductors: Yep.

• Mr. Conductor 2: A bath would make me feel much better. The others are sure to say i look silly.
• Mr. Conductor 2: But the engines were too busy arguing to notice Thomas. James was talking loudest of all.
• James: I deserve a new coat of paint. Sir Topham Hatt says i'm the pride of the line and...
• Henry: Rubbish!
• Mr. Conductor 2: Huffed Henry.

• Percy: It's been like this all day.

• Percy: James is getting a new coat of paint and won't stop boasting about it.

• Mr. Conductor 2: Retorted James.
• James: You're not a pleasant sight and wouldn't understand that needs of a really important engine.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Thomas was fuming. Next morning as James was being repainted, Henry had an accident.

• James: If you can't push cars properly, Henry, why not talk to a tree instead. You know how much you like the forest.
• Henry: As a matter of fact, bossy boiler, Sir Topham Hatt is inspecting the island for trees that have fallen too close to the line. He's worried that might cause trouble.
• James: Pah!
• Mr. Conductor 2: Laughed James.
• James: If i came upon a tree i just push it aside.
• Henry: Really!?
• Mr. Conductor 2: Henry replied. Soon, James was showing off his paintwork.
• James: Make way for an important engine.
• Percy: You wouldn't feel important if one of those trees crashed on you. You feel hurt.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Reproached Percy.
• James: Rubbish! It wouldn't dare!
• Terence: You should be careful, James. Trees can be just as powerful as engines.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Adviced Terence.
• James: Oh please! Now excuse me, Sir Topham Hatt needs me to pull the express.
• Mr. Conductor 2: And he huffed away. But James was wrong.
• Sir Topham Hatt: You must go to the yards and collect an important goods train James. It's heavy so be careful.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Said Sir Topham Hatt.
• James: But, sir, i've just been repainted. Can't Thomas and Percy do it? They're dirty and like working with freight cars.
• Sir Topham Hatt: Really useful engines don't argue.
• Mr. Conductor 2: So James didn't. By the time he arrived at the yards, the weather was changed for the worse.
• Freight Car: Your color's nice, James. Pity about your face though.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Said a freight car. James ignored them and set off. Soon they came to a hill and his driver knew they were in for a dificult time. An old tree close to the tracks was being blown by the strong winds and the rain had weakened the slope. All of a sudden, the tree moved.
• James: Oh help!
• Mr. Conductor 2: Cried James.
• James: Go away!
• Mr. Conductor 2: But of course, the tree couldn't. James tried to reverse away from the tree but his train was too heavy. Then he heard a whistle.
• James' Driver: It's Thomas.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Called his driver. James felt embarrased and worried that Thomas would laugh at him, but Thomas didn't. He knew it was no time for teasing.
• Thomas: Peep, peep! I'm ready!
• Mr. Conductor 2: Whistled Thomas.
• James: So am i.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Replied James.
• James: As ready as i'll ever be.
• Mr. Conductor 2: They were just in time.
• (The tree lands on the ground with a loud wham!)
• Mr. Conductor 2: Later, James spoke to Thomas.
• James: Percy and Terence were so right to warn me. Thank you for rescuing me, Thomas.
• Thomas: Oh, that's all right. We engines have to pull together whatever the weather.
• Mr. Conductor 2: Just then, Edward bustled in.
• Edward: Sir Topham Hatt thinks you're both brave engines. Thomas, you're going to have a new coat of paint, and James, Sir Topham Hatt says that tomorrow you'll pull the special express.
